About Phoxed
Phoxed is a free online games website. Every game on phoxed.com runs directly in your web browser — there is nothing to download or install, no account to create, and no app to update. Open a game and it's ready to play in a second or two, on a phone, a tablet or a desktop computer.
What kind of games?
Short, replayable games you can pick up for a couple of minutes and come back to: arcade and reflex games, physics puzzles, number and word puzzles, and casual 3D runners. Each game is designed for both touch and keyboard, so it plays the same whether you're on the bus or at a desk. Right now there are 10 games:
- Worms — Worms is a free online slither game where you control a worm in an arena full of AI rivals.
- 2048 — 2048 is a free online sliding-tile number puzzle.
- Gate Increase — Gate Increase is a free online 3D gate-runner game.
- Watermelon Merge — Watermelon Merge is a free online suika-style fruit merging game.
- Hole — Hole is a free online 3D eating game in the style of Hole.io.
- Ragdoll Archer — Ragdoll Archer is a free online physics archery game.
- Flappy — Flappy is a free online one-button arcade game in the style of Flappy Bird.
- Jump — Jump is a free online endless vertical platformer in the style of Doodle Jump.
- Piano Tiles — Piano Tiles is a free online reaction game.
- Word Guess — Word Guess is a free online Wordle-style word puzzle.
How it works
Each game is a small, self-contained web page that loads inside the Phoxed player. The player adds a menu, a “Next” button to jump to another game, and a help panel (the ? button) with a description, the controls and answers to common questions. Games only load when you open them, so visiting the site doesn't download the whole catalogue.
Games remember things like your best score using your browser's local storage. That data stays on your device; we don't have accounts or servers holding your progress.
Free to play
All games on Phoxed are free. The site is currently ad-free; if that changes we'll say so in our Privacy Policy. The games themselves are made for Phoxed and may not be copied or embedded elsewhere — see the Terms of Service.
