These terms apply to Phoxed (phoxed.com) and the games on it. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The service
Phoxed lets you play games in your web browser, free of charge, without an account. We may add, change or remove games and features at any time, and we may suspend or stop the site altogether without notice.
Our content
The games, artwork, code, text and everything else on Phoxed belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may play the games on phoxed.com for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- copy, download, host, mirror or redistribute any game or other content;
- embed or frame any game on another website or in an app;
- decompile, deobfuscate, reverse-engineer or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any game;
- remove or circumvent any technical measure that restricts where or how a game runs; or
- use our name, logo or games to suggest we endorse or are connected with you.
Anything you want to do beyond personal play — including linking to the games from a games portal — needs our written permission first. Ask us at [email protected].
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use bots, scripts, scrapers or automated tools to access the site or play the games;
- interfere with the site's operation or security, or try to gain access to any part of it you aren't meant to;
- place unreasonable load on our servers; or
- use the site for anything unlawful.
We may block anyone who breaks these terms, without notice.
Age
Phoxed is intended for a general audience. If you are under 13 (or under the age at which you can agree to terms like these where you live), you may use the site only with a parent or guardian's permission.
No warranty
The site and games are provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no promises that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose, or that saved scores and progress will be kept.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or the games — including loss of data or scores. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always at phoxed.com/terms, with the date it was last changed at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute about them will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you may also have rights under your local consumer laws that these terms don't affect.
