Piano Tiles is a free online reaction game. Black tiles scroll down four columns and you must tap each one before it reaches the bottom of the screen; tapping a white tile, or letting a black tile slip past, ends the game. The tiles speed up the longer you survive, so it's a test of rhythm and reflexes.

- How do you play Piano Tiles?
- Tap the black tiles as they fall — one tap per tile, in any column. On a keyboard use D, F, J and K for the four columns from left to right. Never tap a white tile and never let a black tile reach the bottom.
- How do you get better at Piano Tiles?
- Look a row or two ahead instead of at the bottom tile, keep your fingers resting on all four columns, and tap lightly — big movements cost time once the speed ramps up.
- Does Piano Tiles get faster?
- Yes. The scroll speed increases steadily the longer you last, which is what makes high scores hard.
